Major flaw for foreign keyboard

The Apps is very useful and would get 4 star if not for a major flaw for most language other than English in windows.
In windows most non English keyboard layout use two keystroke combination to produce diacritical characters. When the windows version of myphonedesktop application is running my keyboard cannot produce those character anymore rendering it unusable for me.
